Desde la arena hasta las estrellas, South Padre Island se prepara para ofrecer una experiencia inolvidable el Día de la Independencia con un desfile junto al mar, impresionantes fuegos artificiales y un concierto de música norteña.

Beach Parade, viernes 4 de julio, 9:00 am
Reúnase en el punto de acceso a la playa nº 8 para el vibrante y festivo Beach Parade sobre la arena. El Beach Parade, una tradición muy querida llena de decoraciones al estilo isleño, banderas y diversión familiar, es un colorido pistoletazo de salida para un fin de semana dedicado a la celebración.
Fuegos artificiales en la bahía, viernes 4 de julio, 21:15 h.
Conocida como la capital de los fuegos artificiales de Texas, South Padre Island dará el pistoletazo de salida a la celebración del 4 de julio con uno de los mayores espectáculos de fuegos artificiales en la bahía. El espectáculo, de 20 minutos de duración, incluye música coreografiada que podrá escucharse en los restaurantes y bares del animado distrito de ocio de SPI, junto a la bahía de Laguna Madre.
Concierto de Duelo, sábado 5 de julio, 5:00 pm
No sería una celebración sin música, y el fin de semana festivo contará con un concierto de Duelo en el South Padre Island Convention Center. Conocidos por sus sentidas letras y su característico sonido norteño, Duelo trae su gira «El Desafío Musical» a la Isla para una noche de música inolvidable.

From the sand to the stars, South Padre Island is gearing up to deliver an unforgettable Independence Day experience with a seaside parade, awe-inspiring fireworks, and a foot-tapping norteño music concert.
“South Padre Island will be sizzling and celebrating as we serve up a three-day weekend of patriotic fun, live music, and booming fireworks to mark America’s independence,” said Blake Henry, Visit South Padre Island Executive Director. “With our pristine beaches and clear emerald water as the backdrop, there really isn’t a more beautiful place to enjoy this uniquely American holiday.”
Beach Parade, Friday, July 4, 9:00 am
Gather at Beach Access point #8 for the vibrant and festive Beach Parade on the sand. A beloved tradition filled with island-style decorations, flags, and family-friendly fun, the Beach Parade is a colorful kickoff to a weekend devoted to celebration.
Fireworks on the Bay, Friday, July 4th, 9:15 pm
Known as the Fireworks Capital of Texas, South Padre Island will kick the celebration-in-the-sky into high gear for the 4th of July with one of the biggest displays anywhere during the Fireworks On the Bay
extravaganza. The 20-minute show features choreographed music that can be heard in the restaurants and bars in SPI’s bustling Entertainment District along the Laguna Madre Bay.
Duelo Concert, Saturday, July 5th, 5:00 pm
It wouldn’t be a celebration without music, and the holiday weekend will feature a concert by Duelo at the South Padre Island Convention Center. Known for their heartfelt lyrics and signature norteño sound, Duelo brings their «El Desafío Musical» tour to the Island for a night of unforgettable music.
